At Royal Ambulance, we are incredibly proud to celebrate the dedication and skill of our team members who make a difference in our community every day. Today, we are thrilled to celebrate EMT Sarah Foote and Paramedic Courtney Connolly, two of our exceptional team members who recently received Certificates of Excellence from Regional Medical Center.
Sarah and Courtney were recognized for their outstanding performance during a critical 911 cardiac arrest transport. Responding to a call for an 83-year-old female patient in asystole, they demonstrated their expertise and quick thinking by successfully obtaining ROSC (return of spontaneous circulation). Their life-saving efforts ensured that the patient was later discharged from the hospital with no deficits—a truly remarkable outcome.
This recognition from Regional Medical Center is not just an award; it’s a testament to the dedication and compassion that Sarah and Courtney bring to their roles. Their quick response, professional skills, and empathetic care highlight the best of what Royal strives to deliver.
The CEO of Regional Medical Center Matt Cova presented the awards, underscoring the importance of their actions and the positive impact they had on the patient’s recovery. Stories like these are why we do what we do, and they inspire us to continue providing the highest level of care to our community.
Their story is a powerful reminder of the impact our team members have on the lives they touch.
Please join us in congratulating Sarah Foote and Courtney Connolly on their well-deserved recognition. Their dedication and professionalism make all the difference, and we are proud to have them as part of our Royal Ambulance family.
